A Soviet Accepted Changes To The State Budget-2008

Supreme Soviet accepted the project of law #3308 on the whole brought in a government "About making alteration in the law of Ukraine "On the state budget of Ukraine on 2008 and about making alteration in some legislative acts of Ukraine".

266 deputies from 440 present in a hall voted for the proper decision.

By a law, in particular, foreseen:

» send in the Stabilizing fund about 3 milliards of hr. due to the having a special purpose placing of state securities;

» send over and above the plan receipts from exceeding of gross profits above the charges of NBU (1 milliard of hr.) on addition to facilities of Fund of guaranteing of holdings of physical persons, decreasing here the plan of receipts of facilities from privatization of state property from 8,6 to 0,6 milliard of hr.;

» increase on 5,2 milliards of hr. the volume of charges of the state budget for financing of deficit of Pension fund of Ukraine;

» increase the volume of grants Pension fund on 1,4 milliards of hr. for the increase of low-limit of pensions to the miners, which worked on underground works no less as 15 years on a list #1 production, works, professions, positions and indexes, ratified by Ministry;

» to loosen the holds of the Central election committee on providing of leadthrough of extraordinary elections of rural, settlement, city chairmen.
